Foam Roller Workout

Many physical therapists and fitness instructors love to suggest the foam roller to roll out tight and sore muscles, but finally there is an incredible Foam Roller Fitness DVD that incorporates countless innovative ideas to have a hard core workout using this fantastic prop! Created by Emily Zachary Smith and the co-founders of Pilates Sports Center, there is a warm up section, ‘go to work’ section, and a cool down to complete, feel great, get stronger, leaner and then repeat whenever you want.  If you haven’t yet seen or used this wonderful Pilates DVD, please add it to your library. It’s a fan favorite. All you need is floor space and a foam roller.  As Larry the Cable Guy loves to say, “Git ‘er done.”
