Lindsey comes to us from Chicago and has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years.
She has always been a ‘tomboy’ so to speak – involved in every sport and dance. She began in the fitness industry with Zumba, or as she refers to it: exercise in disguise. She then obtained her Personal Training Certification through the American Council of Exercise where she discovered her love of Functional Training: the ability to function better in your every day life. Pilates is exactly that. Lindsey received her Comprehensive Pilates Certification from Pilates Sports Center and has several other modalities of training in her back pocket: Burn At The Barre, Yoga, TRX, and of course, Zumba.
In addition to her Fitness training Lindsey also has her Wellcoaches National Wellness Coaching Certification. This program was created by a partnership between the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and Harvard School of Coaching. Lindsey loves to dig into the MindBody connection and examine habits and thought patterns that create habits to help her clients achieve his or her goals.
When it comes to her Wellness and Fitness career Lindsey’s favorite thing is to see her clients accomplish something they didn’t think was possible.
